Yes, all hardware and electronic devices purchased through SDS include a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please note that opened electronics must be returned with all original packaging, cables, and accessories to be eligible for a full refund.
Are the devices sold on SDS unlocked and compatible with all carriers?
Most of our mobile devices are sold factory unlocked. Please check the 'Specifications' tab on the individual product page to confirm network compatibility and band support.
